AB Private Finance solution: €2.3 million euro bullet mortgage loan for a term of 10 years arranged at a fixed rate of 1.9%. Life insurance was not required. The loan was secured on the property and on a portfolio of securities (gross value of €1.2 million) which was deposited with the lender.
